The House is styled in a 70's " retro Kiwi batch" theme and is very comfortable with great Mt Cook views.

The Building has a full kitchen, lounge and dining area and is ideal for families and small groups.

The sleeping configuration is 2 x queen rooms and a twin room.

There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath as well as a washing machine.

There is a wood fire as a heating source as well as electric heating.
